1) What brands of seals do you have?
We have both OEM and Genuine brands like NOK, Kayaba, Sakagami, Hallite, HST, Koyo etc.
2) Do you provide warranty for your seals?
We are unable to provide warranty for our seals due to many factors which are beyond our control. Factors such as age of machine, condition of cylinder, number of hours the machine operates, experience & skill of machine operators etc. affect the lifespan of seals. Nevertheless, if defects are found in our seals, we'll replace them on a case-by-case basis.
3) Where are your seals from?
We have been in this industry for almost 20 years, we have many reliable suppliers from all over the world like Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore etc.
4) Can I request for seals that are manufactured in a certain country?
We are unable to accede to your request due to logistical reasons. However, you can be assured that all our seals are of high quality and value for money.

1) How do I make a purchase?
Just get in touch with us and we'll assign a salesperson whom is familiar with your region to serve you.
2) Does your product price include shipping charges?
No, our product price does not include shipping charges.
CREDIT TERMS
1) Do you provide credit?
Yes, we do provide credit. We understand that by providing credit, it would enable you to grow your business and expand your markets at a faster rate.
2) What is my Credit Limit & Credit Term?
Your Credit Limit will be the average of your past 6 months' purchases and Credit Term is 30-days. Eg. If your total purchases for the past 6 months are $60,000, you'll be entitled to a Credit Limit of $10,000 and Credit Term of 30-days. However, your outstanding balance should not exceed $10,000 at any one time.
3) How do I apply for credit?
Just inform your salesperson and our Accounts department will get in touch with you with the details.
PAYMENT METHODS
1) What are the methods of payment?
We accept the following methods of payment :
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
- Bank Draft (drawn on Singapore banks only)
- Credit Card (up to US$500 - processed through PayPal)
DELIVERY LEAD-TIME
1) What is the delivery lead-time for existing stock items?
For individual Seals, 3 to 5 days from date of confirmation. For Seal Kits, 5 to 10 days from date of confirmation.
2) What is the delivery lead-time for indent items?
Depending on the products and our suppliers, it may take from 1 month up to 5 months from date of confirmation.
SHIPPING METHOD
1) How do you ship by air?
We recommend door-to-door courier agents like DHL, FedEx, First Flight, Kerry, SpeedPost (EMS), TNT, UPS etc. Alternatively, we also welcome you to assign a courier agent of your choice.
2) How do you ship by sea?
We have good relationships with shippers/forwarders that can offer competitive rates. Alternatively, we also welcome you to assign a shipper/forwarder of your choice.
PRODUCT SAMPLES
1) Can I request for product samples?
Yes, you're most welcome to request for our product samples, we're proud & confident of our products.
2) Is your product samples free?
Yes, our product samples are free for up to US$100. However, you'll have to pay upfront for the samples, the price of samples (excluding shipping charges) will be deducted from your first purchase.
3) Is the shipping free?
No, we're unable to provide free shipping for the samples, but you can be assured that we'll ship it at very competitive rates. We also welcome you to assign a courier/shipper of your choice at your expense.
4) What if my first purchase amount is lesser than the price of samples?
In this case, your first purchase will be free (excluding shipping charges), but please take note that price of samples can only be deducted from your first purchase.
